Hypeliv is a tech innovations lab based in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. We build digital products for startups and founders — including MVPs, AI-powered tools, and scalable applications — often shipping projects in 14–28 days.
Alongside our product work, we are building a small, focused environment where early builders learn how modern technology is actually built, using AI tools and real-world workflows.
Your Role
We’re looking for someone who can become the face of our office — the first point of interaction for everyone who walks into Hypeliv.
This role goes beyond a traditional receptionist position. You’ll be interacting with students, parents, founders, and curious visitors, helping them understand what we do and guiding them in the right direction.
What You’ll Do
• Welcome and assist visitors in a warm, professional manner
• Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in inquiries
• Explain our programs and offerings clearly and confidently
• Guide early builders and parents about the right bootcamp options
• Support basic content creation (photos, reels, posts, etc.)
• Manage scheduling, coordination, and basic admin tasks
• Help maintain a smooth and organized office environment
• Do basic outreach calls for partnerships
What we're looking for
• Strong spoken English and Hindi communication
• Friendly, confident, and approachable personality
• Comfortable interacting with different types of people
• Basic familiarity with social media (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Organized and dependable
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a startup environment
Formal degrees are not the priority — communication skills, attitude, and reliability matter more.
You do need to bring your own laptop for this role.
