Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk and Administrative Executive based in our Thane office. The Executive will manage front desk operations, greet and assist visitors, handle phone calls, manage correspondence, and maintain office supplies. Responsibilities also include scheduling appointments, providing administrative support to different departments, organizing meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The role requires a high level of professionalism, organizational skills, and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence management, and maintaining records.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of office software and technologies such as MS Office Suite and other related tools.
- Experience in handling office supplies, meeting preparation, and workspace management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in office administration or a customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment.
