frog is looking for commercially driven, innovative, and creative graduates to join our community in Stockholm, Sweden. At frog you will focus on helping our clients from enabling ideas and defining strategies to empowering their execution.

For the Growth Strategy & Innovation team we are looking for commercial strategists with a proven ability to think commercially, strategically, and creatively, with experience leading, defining, and implementing innovation strategies for Fortune 500 companies across a range of industries. This experience may come through work or internships in strategy consulting, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or within corporate innovation teams or entrepreneurial ventures.

We are looking to hire a Consultant to join our team, the person we wish to invite to join our mission:

• Graduating 2025, or has 1 years of professional experience, including management/strategy/innovation projects within consulting or similar environment.
• Demonstrates exceptional analytical problem-solving skills, commercial savviness, a creative mindset, and a passion for innovation and growth strategy.
• A highly proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Holds a rallying cry for true collaboration and an ability to drive and deliver independently.
• Has a Master’s degree in a relevant field, with strong academic records.

As a frog, you should also have:

• Strong presentation, storytelling, and social skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish & English.
• Affinity with frog’s values Human, Curious, Brave, Collaborative, Genuine and Spirited, and a passion for creating products, services and experiences that meet people's functional and emotional needs.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.

You will be located in our space in Stockholm, but with readiness to travel for projects.
