Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Financial Relationship Manager (FRM) for a full-time, on-site position located in the Pune Division. The FRM will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales and revenue targets, providing financial consulting services, and ensuring client satisfaction through tailored insurance solutions. Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, educating them on suitable insurance products, supporting the sales process, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Relationship management, customer service, and interpersonal communication skills
- Sales expertise and ability to identify and close opportunities
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and understanding financial products and services
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently in a professional and goal-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an added advantage
