We are looking for passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our Adult Acute Ward team at Frimley Park Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, assessing their needs, and developing and implementing appropriate care plans. You will work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. You will need to be registered with the NMC and have experience in an acute hospital setting. Excellent communication skills, a patient-centred approach, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential.
