We are seeking a Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making across various business functions. The ideal candidate should be proficient in data analysis, visualization, and reporting, helping us optimize sales, marketing, and operational strategies. Key Responsibilities : 1. Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, including e-commerce platforms, sales reports, and marketing campaigns 2. Generate dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for business growth 3 .Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in sales, customer behavior, and product performance 4 . Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to provide data-backed recommendations 5. Develop and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility 6. Use statistical techniques and predictive modeling to support business decisions 7. Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency Requirements : 1. 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in e-commerce, Finance, retail, or consumer products 2. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python / R for data manipulation and analysis 3. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio 4. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data 6. Ability to communicate insights effectively to non-technical teams
