Staff Product Manager - AI

Freshworks is hiring a Staff Product Manager - AI to join our team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our AI-powered products. You will work closely with our Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver innovative solutions that delight our customers. Key responsibilities include: 1) Defining the product vision and strategy for our AI products 2) Translating customer needs and market trends into actionable product requirements 3) Driving the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch 4) Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery 5) Analyzing product usage data and customer feedback to continuously improve our offerings. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of product management experience, with a strong background in AI/ML. You should be a strategic thinker, a hands-on executor, and an excellent communicator.
