Job Description
We are seeking a Freshworks Administrator with deep expertise in implementing Freshservice. This role will focus on designing, configuring, and deploying scalable customer support solutions while leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities to align with business requirements.
- Need someone with 7+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience implementing Freshdesk in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of Freshservice features, automations, and configuration best practices
- Hands-on experience with the most recent Freshworks/Freshservice releases and updates
- Ability to work directly with stakeholders and translate business needs into solutions
