Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Freshers - Trainee in Cables Sourcing and RFQ (Request for Quotation) Management. The day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and procurement of cable components, managing RFQs, coordinating with suppliers, analyzing costs, and ensuring timely delivery to meet project requirements. The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting operational efficiencies aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge in sourcing, procurement, and vendor management
• Understanding of RFQ processes, cost analysis, and negotiation strategies
• Proficiency in using MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative as required
• Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
