Role Description
We are seeking motivated individuals for the position of Freshers (RM)-Real Estate Sales. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. The role includes day-to-day responsibilities such as connecting with potential clients, understanding their real estate needs, and guiding them to suitable property options. Candidates will also be responsible for showcasing properties, negotiating deals, managing client relationships, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. Team collaboration, market research, and achieving sales targets are essential aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Real Estate and Real Property trends and market dynamics
- Proven ability and interest in Sales and Customer Service activities
- A valid Real Estate License or a willingness to obtain one
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience or interest in the real estate industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
