🧾 Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Management Executive who will handle and respond to incoming leads from platforms like Alibaba, B&Q, IndiaMART, and website inquiries. The candidate will be responsible for managing leads efficiently, ensuring timely communication, and converting inquiries into business opportunities.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Handle and respond to leads received from Alibaba, B&Q, IndiaMART, and company website
- Maintain proper lead data in Excel/CRM system
- Follow up with potential clients via call, WhatsApp, or email
- Qualify leads and understand client requirements
- Coordinate with sales/design team for further process
- Ensure quick response time to increase conversion rate
- Maintain daily report of leads and conversions
🧠 Required Skills- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email handling)
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English required)
- Basic understanding of sales & client handling
- Ability to manage multiple leads efficiently
- Fast learner and responsible attitude
🎓 Qualification- Any Graduate / MBA (Preferred but not compulsory)
- Freshers can apply
✨ Preferred Candidate- Experience in handling B2B platforms like Alibaba or IndiaMART is a plus
- Digital marketing or sales background will be an advantage
