Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Freshers & AR Callers, located in Chennai. The role involves reviewing, analyzing, and resolving accounts receivable claims and denials for healthcare clients. Daily responsibilities include interacting with insurance companies to follow up on claims, conducting detailed account analysis, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding balances, and documenting account activities and outcomes. This position may also involve effective collaboration with internal teams to address any billing discrepancies or issues.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management, accounts receivable management, and denial resolution
- Strong communication skills for interacting with insurance companies and stakeholders
- Proficiency in account analysis, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in healthcare, finance, or business) or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in the RCM or healthcare industry (advantageous but not mandatory for freshers)
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts as required
