Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fresher (Tele caller) role based in Navi Mumbai. The Tele caller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to connect with potential candidates and clients, share information about job opportunities, and clarify basic role requirements. Responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating candidate records in the internal database, and following standard scripts and guidelines while communicating. The role also involves coordinating with the recruitment team, scheduling interviews, and providing timely follow-ups to ensure a smooth hiring process. The Tele caller will be expected to handle calls professionally, meet daily call and outreach targets, and represent the consultancy in a courteous and service-oriented manner.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills, clear articulation, and active listening abilities.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office, email, and data entry tools.
- Candidates should possess interpersonal skills such as patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to handle call volumes and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass) or equivalent; graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Previous internship or part-time experience in telecalling, customer service, or recruitment support is beneficial but not mandatory.
