Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The Site Engineer will oversee on-site project activities, ensure compliance with quality standards, collaborate with project teams, and monitor construction progress. The role also involves addressing technical challenges, liaising with clients, and ensuring projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in on-site tasks and hands-on experience coordinating construction-related activities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively liaise with teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of quality control processes to ensure adherence to project standards and specifications
- Expertise in structural engineering and civil engineering fundamentals
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Prior experience in the construction or building rehabilitation sector is a plus
