Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fresher Sales Executive, located in Ahmedabad. The Fresher Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Daily tasks will include prospecting new leads, maintaining client databases, preparing sales presentations, and achieving sales targets. The role will require regular communication and follow-ups to develop and maintain strong customer relationships while representing the company's values and services.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients.
- Basic understanding of sales strategies, client relationship management, and lead generation.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales deadlines with a commitment to results.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools and basic CRM software is a plus.
- Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- No prior experience is required, but internships or relevant coursework is an added advantage.
