Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Fresher Sales Representative at Edrix. The role involves identifying and engaging with potential clients, building and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable program offerings. Additionally, the candidate will support sales strategies, contribute to achieving sales targets, and maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM tools. Regular communication with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals and strategies will also be required.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proactive approach with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
- Ability to learn and articulate information about Edrix's programs and offerings
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management
- Team-oriented mindset alongside the ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
