Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fresher Occupational Therapist or Pediatric Physiotherapist, based in Delhi, India. The role involves delivering therapy sessions for children, assessing developmental milestones, preparing tailored intervention plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client records, working closely with families to guide them on therapeutic practices, and participating in workshops or training programs conducted by the organization.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation practices
- Knowledge in Pediatrics and developmental medicine relevant to child healthcare
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with children, families, and teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
- Compassionate and patient approach to working with children and families
- Prior experience or internship in pediatric therapy is an advantage, though not mandatory
