Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fresher IT Recruiter, based in Kochi. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process within the IT domain. Key responsibilities include identifying staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining a talent pipeline. Collaboration with team members and hiring managers will be essential to meet staffing goals effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment.
- Experience or familiarity with Technical Recruiting and Hiring practices.
- Strong understanding of recruiting strategies and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving recruitment trends in the IT industry.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
