Roles & Responsibilities
Resume Scheduling by getting shortlist , Handling online & offline interviews, Handle incoming Calls candidates enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Coordinate with candidates regarding training programs, schedules.
Maintain daily follow-up records and update lead status regularly.
Explain training programs and career opportunities to candidates and professionals.
Schedule counselling sessions and coordinate with sessions/interviews.
Prepare reports for management regarding leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with design and development engineer internal teams for smooth onboarding of candidates.
Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email handling.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to handle and maintain records properly.
Positive attitude and team coordination ability.
Preferred Qualification
Any Degree / Diploma
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
