About the Role
- Arthkaira is looking for a creative and hardworking Fresher Graphic Designer.
- Candidate must be interested in creative design, social media posts, branding, and digital marketing creatives.
- The designer will work on real client projects and learn practical design skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Create social media posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
- Design banners, reels thumbnails, website graphics, posters, and digital ads.
- Work on branding-based creatives for different clients.
- Follow brand colors, fonts, and design guidelines.
- Resize and adapt creatives for different platforms.
- Support the marketing team with creative ideas.
- Make changes and revisions based on feedback.
- Complete assigned design tasks on time.
- Maintain professional design quality.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of colors, fonts, layout, and design balance.
- Creative mindset and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of social media design trends.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks.
- Good time management skills.
Preferred
- Graphic design course or certification.
- Internship experience.
