Job Description: Ecommerce Executive (Fresher – 1 Year)
Job Summary
We are looking for an
Ecommerce Executive who is interested in online business operations and digital platforms. This role is suitable for
freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build a career in ecommerce and online growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing products on ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or similar
- Upload and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory updates and order processing
- Track daily orders, stock levels, and basic sales reports
- Support customer queries and order-related follow-ups
- Help in maintaining catalog accuracy and data hygiene
- Assist in simple Excel-based reporting
Required Skills & Profile
- Fresher or 0–1 year experience in ecommerce / operations / backend support
- Basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart preferred)
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a startup-style environment
- Background in BBA, BCom, Mass Communication, Arts, Design, or similar is a plus
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Exposure to Canva / basic design tools
- Interest in online business, digital products, or creative brands
- Internship or project experience in ecommerce
