Key Skills & Requirements:
Typing Speed: Minimum 28 WPM with 98% accuracy
English Proficiency: B1H level or above with strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of US Healthcare processes (patient care, claims, pharmacy support, or member calls preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and CRM systems is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US healthcare queries such as patient care, pharmacy support, grievances, and appeals
Provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism and empathy
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and updates
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concernsAdhere to healthcare compliance standards and data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
