About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Patient Support Service Executive (Voice Process) to manage healthcare-related customer interactions. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their monthly health benefit package, and ensuring a seamless support experience while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
This position requires strong communication skills (C1 English Proficiency – Mandatory), empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services.
• Assist customers with their monthly health benefit package, which can be used at pharmacies for over-the-counter medications (e.g., cold/flu medicines, nutritional supplements).
• Support customers with:
• Replacement card requests
• Balance inquiries
• Updating contact information
• Identify and manage varying levels of customer complexity effectively.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
• Resolve customer queries promptly while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Accurately document patient interactions in CRM systems.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when required.
Required Skills & Competencies
• C1 Level English Proficiency (CEFR) – Mandatory
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle customer interactions with empathy and professionalism
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools or call center software (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of healthcare processes and medical terminology (preferred)
Assessment Requirements
• Cognitive & Behavioral Assessment: Traitify – Medium or High
• Language Proficiency: Emmersion – B1 CEFR score minimum
• Typing Test: Minimum 25 WPM with 95% accuracy
Educational Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
