We are looking for an enthusiastic Fresher Business Analyst / Lead Generation Executive who is passionate about communication, client handling, online bidding platforms, and generating business opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate leads through Freelancer, Upwork, Workana, LinkedIn, Apollo, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Handle client communication through chat, email, Zoom, and calls.
- Understand client requirements and discuss project scope with technical teams.
- Write project proposals and submit bids on freelancing platforms.
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
- Assist in requirement gathering and project documentation.
- Coordinate with developers and project managers for project understanding.
- Maintain lead data and sales reports in Excel or CRM.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support digital marketing and business growth activities.
- Help improve lead conversion and client engagement processes.
Required Skills
- Good English communication and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services and software development.
- Knowledge of Freelancer, Upwork, or Workana platforms is a plus.
- Understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads lead generation.
- Familiarity with Apollo, LinkedIn, and online lead generation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate confidently with clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BCA, MBA, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with internship or freelance experience will have an advantage.
