Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fresher role based in India. The Fresher will support day-to-day social media promotion activities, including creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to basic comments and messages under guidance. The role involves assisting with campaign execution, collecting performance data, and preparing simple reports for review. The Fresher will also help with basic content drafting, hashtag research, and competitor checks to support social media and digital marketing initiatives. Training and mentoring will be provided, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as skills develop.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and interest in social media promotion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to create clear and engaging short-form content.
- Comfort using digital tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and social media scheduling or analytics tools (training can be provided).
- Ability to follow instructions carefully, pay attention to detail, and complete tasks on time.
- Enthusiasm for learning digital marketing concepts, including SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in India and maintain a professional attitude with clients and team members.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (candidates from other disciplines with strong interest in digital marketing are also encouraged to apply).
