Analyze client job requirements and understand mandatory skills, experience, visa status, location, and rate expectations.
Source qualified IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and Boolean searches.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, project experience, communication, and job stability.
Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate technical knowledge, availability, work authorization, relocation, and rate expectations.
Submit qualified candidates to clients/vendors with properly formatted resumes and candidate summaries while avoiding duplicate submissions.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, schedule interview slots, share meeting invites, and collect feedback.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including follow-ups, offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and maintaining recruitment trackers/compliance documents.
