Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in India, with some opportunities for remote work. As a Fresher at HEARZAP, you will assist in daily operations, support team projects, and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions across the hearing care industry. You will be responsible for researching customer needs, supporting marketing efforts, and assisting in managing client relationships to improve the overall user experience.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with team members
• Administrative and organizational skills to support operations and manage tasks efficiently
• Strong research and analytical skills to understand market trends and customer needs
• Basic marketing knowledge and content development skills
• Proficiency in using common digital tools and willingness to learn new platforms
• Keen interest in healthcare technologies and willingness to contribute to the hearing care sector
• Adaptability to hybrid working environments and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory
