Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fresher Architect role based in Mulund, Mumbai. Architect will assist senior team members with concept development, schematic design, and preparation of drawings and presentations. Daily tasks may include drafting plans and sections, creating 3D models and visualizations, coordinating with consultants, and supporting design revisions based on feedback. The role involves helping prepare project documentation, visiting sites when required to understand project conditions, and maintaining organized project files. The Fresher Architect will collaborate closely with the design team, adhere to timelines, and contribute creative ideas while learning professional standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture (B. Arch or equivalent).
- Proficiency in architectural drafting and 2D/3D design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and local building regulations is preferred.
- Strong design sense, spatial understanding, and ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and models.
- Good visualization and presentation skills, including creating diagrams, renderings, and layouts.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-based studio environment.
- Attention to detail, willingness to take feedback, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced professional setting.
- Internship or academic project experience related to architecture or design will be considered an advantage.
