Gurgaon (Sector 32) – Work from Office (On-site only)

Role Overview
As an International Patient Medical Counsellor, you will handle international patient leads, understand their medical condition, guide them toward suitable treatment options, and coordinate the end-to-end journey until hospital admission and treatment initiation. This is a target-driven, high-impact role working closely with hospital teams and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with international patient leads (WhatsApp/calls) and build trust
- Understand the patient’s condition, reports, and requirements
- Share suitable doctor/hospital treatment options aligned with the patient’s case
- Understand budget constraints and guide families toward feasible treatment pathways
- Schedule doctor consultations and support the patient/family in decision-making
- Coordinate with internal teams for:
- Visa invitation letter process
- Visa application support (patient + attendant)
- Hotel options within budget
- Arrival coordination based on flight details
- Airport pickup arrangements
- Ensure smooth hospital admission and that treatment proceeds as planned
- Maintain accurate lead updates and communication logs in Zoho CRM
- Achieve monthly follow-up, consultation, and conversion targets
Education Qualification
- Graduate degree in any discipline
- Strong computer skills (mandatory)
- Fluency requirement as mentioned above (mandatory)
Requirements
- Experience in international patient handling / healthcare / medical facilitation / medical travel (preferred)
- Strong communication and counselling skills (must be empathetic + confident)
- Comfortable with a performance-based, target-driven environment
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Ability to coordinate across teams and handle time-sensitive patient situations
- Strategic mindset to build long-term patient trust, not just quick closures
