Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a French Travel Executive, based in South Delhi. The French Travel Executive will manage travel arrangements for clients, provide travel consulting services, and handle customer queries in both French and English. They will assist with itinerary planning, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain operational efficiency. The role involves collaborating with the sales and operations teams to offer personalized travel solutions for clients.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
- Experience in Travel Consulting and itinerary planning
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities, including fluency in both French and English
- Knowledge of international travel markets, particularly French-speaking regions, is highly recommended
- Proficiency in maintaining client relationships and delivering personalized customer experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with booking systems, visa services, and transport coordination is a plus
