We are looking for a French Expert for one of our esteemed clients in Gurgaon/Bangalore having experience into any French Language ( Verbal + Written )
Exp – 6 Months and Above
Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore (WFO)
CTC – From 4.5 to 6.5 LPA
Shifts - Rotational Shift
Job Description :
Handle customer queries via voice calls in French (and English when required)
Looking for B2 certified Candidates.
Provide accurate and timely information, support, and solutions to customers
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a professional and empathetic experience
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when needed
