Location- Thane, Maharashtrra
Working Days- 24×7 Rotational Shifts (4:30PM-8:00AM, Any 9-Hours Shift) AND Rotational Week Offs
Roles and Responsibilities-
- Assist French-speaking customers via calls, chat, and email.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and customer service.
Key Requirements
- HSC with a minimum of 6 months of experience, or Graduate Freshers can apply
- French: B2–C2 proficiency
- English: C2–C3 proficiency
- French language certification (B2 - C2 comms skill required)
- Strong French & English communication skills
- Comfortable with rotational shifts
