🔎 Languages Required:
Burmese | Italian | Turkish | French | Thai | Vietnamese
💼 Role Overview:
As an Interpreter, you will handle live calls from US helpline numbers and accurately interpret conversations between English and the target language, ensuring clarity, tone, and cultural sensitivity.
✅ Key Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Native/Fluent proficiency in English + target language
* Strong understanding of cultural nuances & idiomatic expressions
* Excellent listening, note-taking & communication skills
* Ability to remain neutral, calm & professional during calls
* Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
📜 Language Criteria:
* B2 or above proficiency / Graduate / Postgraduate in particular foreign language
* Native speakers (OCI required if not an Indian citizen)
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
* Live interpretation for inbound calls
* Accurate and complete message delivery
* Maintain professionalism & call flow as per client guidelines
* Handle sensitive/emergency situations calmly
* Ensure punctuality and availability during shifts
💰 Compensation & Benefits:
* Salary up to ₹7.87 LPA
