Elatre is hiring a French and Spanish Language Specialist for a sales-focused role. We are looking for a candidate with strong fluency in French and Spanish, excellent speaking skills, and the confidence to communicate with leads professionally over calls.
This is not a teaching role. The position is for someone who can use their language skills to support sales, follow up with leads, build trust, and help convert prospects through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads in French and Spanish
- Speak confidently and professionally with prospects
- Explain company services clearly and persuasively
- Build rapport and maintain strong client communication
- Qualify leads and support the sales process
- Record call updates and follow-up status accurately
- Coordinate with the internal team on lead progress
Requirements
- Strong fluency in both French and Spanish
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Good English communication is an advantage
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, lead generation, customer support, or business development is preferred
- Confident, persuasive, and professional phone manner
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
