Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Freight Broker. The responsibilities for this role include managing freight brokerage operations, building relationships with carriers and shippers, coordinating dispatch activities, and maintaining strong customer service standards. The Freight Broker will also handle account management tasks and ensure seamless transaction execution while meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Qualifications
- Freight Brokerage and Brokerage experience
- Strong skills in Customer Service and supporting client relationships
- Proficiency in Dispatching and coordinating freight transportation
- Experience with Account Management and managing ongoing client needs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Proficiency in transportation management systems and industry software
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred
