Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for understanding logistics workflows, interpreting data, and identifying process improvements.
- Candidates should possess Consulting experience to gather requirements, design freight solutions, and advise customers on best practices.
- Candidates should possess Presales capabilities to deliver product demos, support solution presentations, and contribute to proposals.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to collaborate with account teams, address customer objections, and help drive solution adoption.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to support implementations, coordinate stakeholders, and track milestones and deliverables.
- Knowledge of transport management systems, freight forwarding, or logistics operations is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear business terms.
- Comfort working remotely, managing time independently, and collaborating across distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
