Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Freight Broker at Shine Logistics. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight transactions, developing brokered relationships with carriers and customers, ensuring seamless dispatching processes, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Additional responsibilities include account management, building strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Dispatching
- Experience in Account Management and relationship-building
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with transportation management systems and industry regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is a plus
