Role Description
This is a full-time remote Freight Broker role. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, including securing carriers, negotiating rates, and coordinating freight shipments. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of shipments. The Freight Broker will also oversee dispatching activities and account management to ensure client needs are met and business objectives are achieved.
Qualifications
- Experience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations
- Strong Customer Service and Account Management skills
- Expertise in Dispatching and coordinating shipments efficiently
- Proficient in communication, negotiation, and relationship management
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with transportation management systems and logistics platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
