We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially driven Freight Pricing Specialist with minimum experience of 2 Years to manage logistics pricing, freight quotations, carrier coordination, and commercial analysis across domestic and international transportation operations. The role involves preparing competitive pricing solutions, analyzing freight costs, coordinating with vendors and shipping partners, and supporting the sales and operations teams with accurate and profitable quotations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, understanding of freight forwarding and supply chain operations, negotiation skills, and the capability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities
Freight Pricing & Quotations
* Prepare accurate freight quotations for air, sea, road, and multimodal shipments.
* Analyze shipment requirements including weight, dimensions, routing, and transit timelines.
* Calculate transportation costs, surcharges, customs-related charges, and handling fees.
* Ensure competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
Vendor & Carrier Coordination
* Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, CHA partners, and logistics vendors for rate procurement.
* Negotiate freight rates and service terms with carriers and vendors.
* Maintain updated tariff sheets and vendor pricing databases.
RFQ & Tender Management
* Handle RFQs (Request for Quotations), tenders, and commercial proposals for clients.
* Prepare costing sheets, pricing models, and rate comparisons.
* Support the sales team with customized pricing solutions for large-volume clients.
Market & Commercial Analysis
* Monitor freight market trends, fuel surcharges, seasonal pricing fluctuations, and competitor rates.
* Analyze profitability and margin structures on shipments.
* Identify cost optimization opportunities and operational efficiencies.
Documentation & Reporting
* Maintain records of quotations, rate approvals, and pricing agreements.
* Generate pricing reports and performance analysis.
* Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and operational guidelines.
Cross-Functional Coordination
* Work closely with sales, operations, finance, and customer service teams.
* Assist in resolving pricing disputes and shipment cost discrepancies.
* Support business development activities through commercial insights.

Technical Skills
* Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics operations
* Understanding of air freight, ocean freight, and road transportation pricing
* Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and costing calculations
* Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade documentation
* Familiarity with ERP/TMS/logistics software
