Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandhidham for a Freight Forwarding Pricing Executive/Manager. The responsibilities include managing pricing activities for freight forwarding services, coordinating with clients for export quotations, analyzing customer requirements, and negotiating rates with carriers and service providers. The role also involves ensuring competitive pricing strategies, supporting customer service teams, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the freight forwarding and transportation industry.
Qualifications
- Experience in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation operations
- Knowledge of Export procedures and practices
- Strong Customer Service orientation with effective communication skills
- Proficiency in handling Forwarding processes and rate negotiations
- Ability to work collaboratively with logistics providers and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency in data analysis and strategic pricing decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
- Familiarity with industry compliance standards and regulations is a plus
