Well-established logistics and supply chain organization with strong domestic and international presence, specializing in freight forwarding across air, sea, and land.
Role Overview:
Looking for candidates from shipping and freight forwarding background to manage end-to-end international logistics operations, carrier relationships, and compliance. The role also includes handling P&L for international business and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle SEA / AIR / LAND EXIM operations
- Manage carrier relationships (shipping lines, NVOCCs, airlines)
- Oversee international shipments end-to-end
- Ensure documentation, compliance, and system processes
- Lead team and manage customer relationships
- Drive cost optimization and business growth
- Handle P&L and support product development
Requirements:
- Strong experience in freight forwarding industry
- Good network with carriers and logistics partners
- Team handling and leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of documentation and compliance
- Experience in P&L / cost management
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Exposure to international operations preferred
