Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Freight Forwarding and NVOCC Sales Manager/Sales Executive to join our team on-site in Pune, Chembur, Indore, Nagpur. The role involves managing sales activities and business development within freight forwarding and non-vessel operating common carrier (NVOCC) services. Core responsibilities include engaging with customers, understanding their logistics needs, offering tailored solutions, monitoring shipments, and ensuring excellent customer service. The candidate will also work closely with internal teams, identify market opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth while maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation
- Knowledge of Forwarding and Export processes
- Strong skills in Customer Service, with an ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven track record in sales or business development within the logistics or transportation industry
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Familiarity with NVOCC operations is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred)
