Job SummarySera Logistics Pvt. Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Freight Forwarder to manage and coordinate shipments across the USA and Canada. The role involves handling end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely movement of goods, and maintaining strong communication with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage freight movements across the USA and Canada
- Handle shipment planning, booking, documentation, and tracking
- Communicate with carriers, brokers, and clients for smooth execution
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation
- Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues proactively
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and PODs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trucking companies and partners
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics operations (preferred)
- Strong understanding of North American logistics (USA & Canada lanes)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software/tools
