Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Freight Forwarder role located in the Greater Delhi Area. Responsibilities include coordinating the movement of goods through various modes of transportation, managing export operations, addressing customer inquiries, liaising with clients and carriers, and ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of shipments. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to achieve optimal service standards and address any logistical challenges.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation processes
- Experience in managing Forwarding and Export operations
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local and international freight regulations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
