Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Freight Forwarder role located in Gurugram. The Freight Forwarder will manage the logistics and coordination of freight transportation, ensuring efficient execution of shipments. Responsibilities include overseeing export processes, facilitating smooth freight forwarding operations, liaising with clients on shipping requirements, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Additionally, the role will involve maintaining communication with carriers, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation operations
- Experience in Forwarding and Export processes 8 to 12 years mandatory
- Strong Customer Service skills for client communication and issue resolution
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with shipping and industry regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with logistics platforms and tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred
