Job Overview
Austech Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced and motivated Freight Brokers for USA and Canada logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and load management skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with carriers and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers
- Book and negotiate freight loads for USA & Canada markets
- Coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Track loads and provide regular updates to clients
- Handle carrier setup, documentation, and issue resolution
- Use load boards such as DAT and Truckstop
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Experience in freight brokerage, dispatch, or logistics preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of USA/Canada transportation industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and CRM skills
- Fluent English communication required
