Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Freight Broker (Sales Only) to join our team in a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Freight Broker will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, securing freight opportunities, negotiating rates with carriers. Key responsibilities include generating new business leads, ensuring timely communication with clients, and resolving any logistical challenges that arise to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Freight Brokerage Sales
- Strong skills in Customer Service
- Demonstrated ability in building client relationships
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with transportation management systems and freight market trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage
