Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Freight Broker role based in Noida, primarily operating during the US shift. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight brokerage services, including negotiating with carriers, managing dispatch processes, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. This role also involves overseeing account management and actively identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage, with the ability to handle complex logistics transactions
- Proficiency in Customer Service and managing multiple client relationships effectively
- Experience in Dispatching and coordinating with carriers to meet delivery schedules
- Skills in Account Management, with a proven track record of maintaining and growing client accounts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Experience in US freight logistics is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
