Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Freight Broker for a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for managing freight operations, building and maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating with carriers and dispatch teams. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient handling of logistics, negotiate rates, and manage accounts while providing consistent communication and support to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Account Management
- Experience in Dispatching and coordinating with carriers
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in logistics or supply chain is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred
