Role Description
We are looking for a Freight Broker (Sales/Lead Generation) to join our team on-site in Noida. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for prospecting and identifying potential clients, generating leads, coordinating with clients and carriers, and facilitating seamless freight movement. You will also handle customer inquiries, manage relationships, and work closely with the team to achieve sales objectives and ensure overall client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Freight Brokerage and Brokerage processes
- Proficiency in Dispatching and Customer Service to manage logistics and communication effectively
- Ability to handle Account Management responsibilities, including relationship building and maintaining client satisfaction
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience or internship in freight brokerage/logistics is a plus
